New   LIFELONG   LEARNING  DUNDEE  Group   Have you or any of your friends ever attended the Leisure Courses / Courses for Adults formerly run by Continuing Education, University of Dundee?  Since these have now been discontinued by the University, a number of former participants and tutors have  got together to run a similar venture of general interest Courses on their own, with the University providing rooms in the Dalhousie Building, Old Hawkhill.  They have produced a Booklet  of Courses called  “Lifelong Learning Dundee” (obtainable at the University  Tower Reception desk, libraries, community centres etc) and a website:  where you can get further information and enrol.  Courses (morning/afternoon/ evening)  include :   Cinema, creative writing, language and literature, poetry, history, including local history, science and nature, as well as the popular ‘World About Us’  series of different speakers and topics each week…….a lively and interesting programme!  The User Centre would veryContinue
